About our Services… 3PHD offers Leadership and Human Development programs as well as coaching/consulting with individuals, organizations, and communities. Our programs are intended for anyone interested in pursuing this understanding, both personally and professionally. The programs are a combination of lecture, interactive dialogue, and small group activities. They are designed to inspire insight-based learning and to draw out the participant’s understanding of the principles presented. Our programs are centered on assisting participants to access their own wisdom and well-being. From this wiser, more productive state they will know how to reduce personal and organizational factors that keep people from realizing new levels of creativity, motivation, and collaboration.
