    Leadership Enhancement Program…

This program is designed for organizations that are interested in exploring the impact of the Three Principles on their corporate culture. 

The seminar opens the door to:

  • A practical recognition of the role that the Three Principles play in forming our experience
  • Recognizing this fact in a way that opens up direct access to a deeper, inner source of wisdom, perspective and well-being.
  • More harmony in personal relationships and greater ease and productivity in working relationships.
  • A capacity to choose constructive responses in situations of potential conflict or discord.

The program will focus on assisting supervisors, managers, and senior executives to strengthen their leadership abilities by learning how they create their experience, moment-to-moment, and how this impacts stress, productivity, communication and relationships.  Participants will also learn about their innate creativity and motivation and how to operate from that state more of the time.

The training will consist of two, two-day sessions over a two-month period. Interviews will be conducted with participants prior to the training. This will provide for the building of rapport and deep listening so that the training will be relevant to the participant's needs. There will be a follow-up day about one month after the last two-day session. The follow-up day will explore what the participants have been learning, any questions that they may have, and how their enhanced understanding is impacting their lives, both personally and professionally.

 

Follow-up Programs

 

  Effective Coaching...

A three-day seminar that introduces participants to the benefits of rapport and deep listening to build a climate for coaching. Based on the principles of healthy psychological functioning, this program will help participants apply these principles to coaching others in a way that assists people to solve their own problems. This climate for coaching produces a deeper quality of respect, trust, cooperation and the ability to handle potential conflict or discord with ease.

  Advanced Coaching...

A three-day seminar that will build on the experiences of attendees who have participated in the Effective Coaching program. This will be a practical, hands on approach, utilizing the real life examples shared by the audience. This is an opportunity to deepen the understanding of the principles, thus creating an enhanced climate for coaching, improving the level of communication, reducing stress and helping others become self-motivated and creative.

  Training of Facilitators...

A two-week program, spread over 6 months, beginning with two days of initial interviews with participants, followed shortly after by four three-day seminars. The goal of this program is to assist selected participants who are already grounded in understanding the principles of healthy functioning to deepen their ability to model and teach the principles, within the organization. They will become more adept at seeing the simplicity and logic of the principles as they relate to key leadership principles, organizational development and change issues.

  Reflection...

A two-day seminar designed to review and assess the progress of the previous programs. It will be an opportunity to explore the success of the programs and to strengthen areas that are unclear. This process will help solidify the self-sustaining nature of the principles of healthy functioning in regard to personal and organizational effectiveness.
