Our coaching and consulting is centered on rapport and deep listening that provides a nurturing environment conducive to insight-based learning. We focus on drawing out the participant's own wisdom, rather than providing a solution. Often times, people already know the answer to their questions, but simply don’t know how to slow down their internal dialogue to hear the answer. We help slow people’s thinking down so they can hear their own wisdom.

We specialize in 3 day coaching programs where people are invited to Salt Spring Island Here you will have an opportunity to rest your mind and body, preparing you to gain fresh perspective into your life and work.

Insights are cultivated and nurtured by exploring and deepening one's understanding of the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought. This deepening provides strong yet gentle and lasting impact.

There are other options for coaching and consulting services. We can meet with you privately, then follow up with phone consults and emails. Or we can coach through phone consults and email. We will design these services to meet your needs. Cost will be determined once we have discussed your particular needs.
