Elsie B. Spittle, Founder and President of 3 Principles for Human Development, Inc., has been an internationally recognized trainer and consultant for thirty-three years. She has spoken at conferences and conducted training programs throughout the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Europe. Elsie was one of the first people to pioneer this understanding in corporations and communities. Ms. Spittle has
been project director for county wide principle-based programs
implemented across multiple agencies and neighborhoods. She has
designed and delivered Training of Trainers programs in Canada,
the United States and Switzerland. Ms. Spittle is recognized by many practitioners as an expert in personal and professional development. Her innovative work focuses on the state of mind of people within corporations and non-profits. This has resulted in strong leadership development, employee empowerment and innovation, improved communication, productivity and motivation in organizations. She has designed and delivered team building and leadership development programs to non-profits, social service agencies, corporations and educational institutions. In addition, Elsie has worked with Juvenile Justice delivering training to a cross section of staff, including probation and detention officers, counsellors, administrators, and incarcerated youth.
